PAYMENT TERMS for approved accounts are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Prepaid, wire transfer, or C.O.D. orders for new accounts. Past due accounts will be charged a 2% per month late fee. Foreign accounts are prepaid in US funds drawn on a US bank or prepaid wire transfer only.

CANCELLATION CHARGES are 15%. Items scheduled for shipment are not subject to revision, reschedule, or termination within thirty (30) days prior to shipment. No cancellation for default shall be effective unless Seller shall have failed to correct such alleged default within thirty (30) days after receipt by Seller of a written notice of default from the buyer.

RETURNED PRODUCTS will be accepted for replacement or credit if prior authorization has been obtained from Compact Power, the units have been used within their specified operating conditions, the identification numbers are clearly intact, the chassis is in original condition, the unit is returned in the original shipping carton, and a written explanation for reason of return has been approved by Compact Power. Credit will be extended only if returned within thirty (30) days of purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
No return will be honored if warranty seals on chassis lid or front panel plug-in are broken.
